Results

The BEST Project is a learning organization—how would we know if we are fulfilling our mission if we don’t have data and information that helps us know what is working and what is not? BEST has always used a variety of evaluation tools and methodologies to measure capacity building outcomes as well as to monitor program implementation strategies. From formal evaluations to informal surveys, BEST uses data to make changes, modifications or to eliminate program and service elements that aren’t working or need improvement. Both the TCC Group and the Center for Nonprofit Management in Nashville, TN have been essential evaluation partners.
