The Project Director manages the day-to-day operations of BEST; oversees the design, implementation and evaluation of all BEST programs; reviews all assessment, technical assistance and capacity building awards; manages the consultant vetting, selection and quality control processes; supervises BEST staff; and, works with partners to maximize opportunities for Genesee County agencies. |

The Program Associate oversees the development and implementation of the BEST Professional Development and Events Calendar including the BEST Nonprofit Leadership Institute. In addition, the Program Associate works closely with the Project Director to manage assessment, technical assistance and capacity building programs including ArtsConnection (funded by the Kresge Foundation) and the BoardSource partnership. The Office Manager provides overall administrative support to the BEST Project staff. She assists with event registration, Advisory Board coordination, web content development and updates, financial management, and Information and Referral Services. |

The Program Assistant provides programmatic support for BEST including ArtsConnection (funded by the Kresge Foundation), social media content development, Professional Development and Events offerings including Fall Into Service and other board training and recruitment efforts. |

Anne is the founder of the BEST Project and continues to provide capacity building and program design expertise. She works with the Project Director to manage the BEST consultant pool and provides just-in-time consultations for agencies navigating critical organizational development issues. |
