Consulting Summary I believe wholeheartedly in a fair and just society. The consulting work I have done in the past has been centered on educating others about what authentic diversity and inclusion looks like on an individual and systemic level. I am very intentional about interwining social justice practices into my work with clients, regardless of the project I have been hired to do. For example, if I am working on a strategic plan with a client, I attempt to bring light to ways in which equity can be incorporated into thier organizational plan.
