| Consulting Summary | My consulting work provides a grand opportunity to use the skills and insights derived from 30 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations - as staff, volunteer, CEO and board leader. Working as an Affiliate Consultant with Louise Motoligin (deceased)and as an individual consultant, I have completed long-term engagements in strategic planning as well as one-day workshops on board development and organizational planning. My approach to consulting work is to listen to clients, help clarify issues, find specific ways to help the organization make appropriate decisions and define actions necessary to move toward a sustainable future -- accomplishing these tasks in a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect. |
