Consulting Summary My consulting practice is focused on non-profit organizations that play an important role in their community. I am frequently retained by CEOs and Boards that are faced with reinventing their organizations or are at a critical turning point in their development. My primary purpose is often pulling diverse individuals and groups together, creating consensus, team building and developing a shared vision and strategic plan to take the organization into the future. Many of my engagements are multi-year engagements, beginning with the client's idea and facilitating its development and implementation. I often serve as the Interim CEO while building the organization and leading the search for a full-time CEO.
