Consulting Summary Cynthia Koch is the owner of CK Consulting LLC. In this role she guides new and well-established organizations to the effective use of resources to achieve their missions. Areas of focus include working with boards to improve strategic decision-making, board engagement and interaction; strategic planning, program planning, organizational change, mergers, and fund development planning.
Professional Summary Cynthia Koch has been a member of the BEST pool of consultants since the program began in 2002. She has participated in all three cohorts, given professional presentations to BEST participants, and is responsible for writing the FAQ and program history on the BEST website. Since 2000, Koch has consulted throughout Michigan and nationally as an independent consultant and as part of the Kellogg Action Lab. Prior to establishing CK Consulting LLC, Koch worked as a program officer for two private foundations. Earlier in her career she taught at the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and Albion College.
