Since 2000, Koch has consulted throughout Michigan and nationally as an independent consultant and as part of the Kellogg Action Lab. Prior to establishing CK Consulting LLC, Koch worked as a program officer for two private foundations. Earlier in her career she taught at the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and Albion College.
