Our methodology is an action-learning model that creates opportunities for individuals to work on changing their behaviors while simultaneously contributing to changing the overarching organizational processes. Professional Summary	NONPROFIT SECTOR ISSUES - For the past 5 years, we have worked extensively in the city of Flint and surrounding areas in the non profit sector. Our clients have included Community Foundation of Greater Flint, Planned Parenthood of East Central Michigan, Avalon Hospice and Carriage Town Neighborhood Association. Significant experience designing and coordinating community service programs within corporations, as well as facilitating the implementation of a nonprofit executive leadership development program at the University of Michigan. Extensive experience in education and the social service agencies that are involved in public K-12 education. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - Researching community needs, identifying methods of establishing for-profit and nonprofit partnerships, designing and facilitating partnership experiences and relationships. CHILDREN/YOUTH SERVICES - Identifying needs/issues for children and coordinating with children/youth services as a principal for two high schools and one middle school.
